Ayurveda is the sister science of yoga. An ancient teaching literally meaning wisdom of life providing a holistic view towards our well-being. This yoga class will focus on bringing our body, mind and soul into a state of harmony by addressing the balance of our ayurvedic constitution.

About facilitatior:

Dijan is an international yoga therapist and traditional tantra teacher. She has a holistic approach to health integrating body, mind and soul through hatha, pranayama, kriya ( purification ), ayurvedic principles, mindfulness, psycho-spiritual work, meditation, diet and life-style adjustments. She offers intensively yoga therapy retreats and one-to-one consultations in Europe and Asia through out the year.
