Day 1 — Awareness, Boundaries & Inner Grounding
We begin by coming back to the body and building a strong inner foundation.
You’ll explore:

- Healthy boundaries, will, and personal power
- The ability to soften into acceptance and allowing
This day creates the foundation for a more loving and respectful relationship with yourself—
where strength and openness can exist together.
Day 2 — Polarity, Devotion & Relational Dynamics
On the second day, we step into the deeper dance of relationship.
You’ll explore:
- The dynamic interplay of feminine (flow, feeling) and masculine (presence, direction)
- The natural tension that creates attraction and intimacy
- The shift from “what do I get?” to “what can I give?”
Through this, we open into:
- Devotion, appreciation, and conscious giving & receiving
