About your facilitator:
A multidimensional being who enjoys life experience being a yoga-qigong-tantra practitioner and a massage therapist. He works with his two warm hands and a gentle heart applying zero resistance techniques to all movements.
Wit David Lee was born in a Chinese family in Bangkok in 1965 and graduated from a hotel school in Switzerland in 1995. He pursued his dreams in the corporate world until 11 years ago when he realized that life can only be beautiful and meaningful once we know who we are and what we can be of service to others.
Since then, he lived in Koh Phuket for 3 years, Samui for 3 years, Koh Phangan for 4 years and has recently moved to Chiang Mai in early 2024. He has stepped onto a liberation/manifestation journey while practicing multi-style meditation from various traditions during the past 25 years. He eventually found Yoga-Qigong-Tantra the most prominent path towards a meaningful life.

What are the most essential elements of his works?
May it be Massage, Qigong, Yoga, Tantra, Shamanic Practice or a Tea Ceremony.
First of all, we set our intention for what we would like to achieve; we know our underlined objective that drew us to any particular practice. We enjoy our freedom of choice and choose what resonates with us. Then, we consecrate to turn this practice into something larger than the practice itself; the practice becomes sacramental and meaningful to our life. We use our message, pictures, poem, motto, affirmation, prayers, chant, song, lyric and music as our means of consecration. We have dedicated our life for this practice and become a devotee of its teachings, a disciple of its Guru. Nevertheless, intention setting has to be done under our totality of consciousness. Being a conscious practitioner means 3 things; Clear Intention including Consent and Boundaries, Mindful Awareness of our choice, thinking and action, and being able to remain in the Meditative State of Being. When we are conscious, we know exactly what to do and what not to do according to our purpose, strength and limitation physically, energetically, emotionally and spiritually. Hence, Consciousness is the key.
Second of all, we breathe in such a way to consciously support our practices no matter which state we are at. Breathing slowly becomes mediation through mindful awareness of our own breath. That’s why all kinds of practices include breathing techniques and breathworks that essentially prepare, allow and maintain our body to synchronize with our movements. Breath is an integral part of Qi; the life force energy, the Prana, the Air, the Universal Consciousness.
Thirdly, Movements are our process towards self-realization, a major pathway to liberation. Movements generate heat/power and so activate energy flow throughout the body. Even when we are in stillness or a static posture, we move at a subtle level inside our body. In any practice, movements consist of body and energy alignments. Body Alignment is our postural structures that support us throughout the practice. It is represented by our various stances; standing, sitting, lying down, shaking, bouncing, jumping, floating, flowing, dancing and allowing. On the other hand, Energy Alignment has no form and can not be seen. It is our attitude, mindset, intention, purpose, consent, boundaries, willpower and determination to practice. It includes light, sound and imagination. It is our acceptance of who we are and our surrender to All That Is. It is of paramount importance that we align our body and energy with alignment of the Earth and the Universe.
Synchronicity and flow of consciousness, breath and movements bring love, joy and peace to mankind. I call these three essential elements of spiritual practice “The Foundation of Life”
