Join us for a rejuvenating Qigong practice at Samma Karuna, where you’ll learn to connect with the natural flow of energy and bring balance to your body, mind, and spirit. Through this ancient practice, you will discover the principles of Yin and Yang and how they can empower you with harmony, strength, and inner peace.

In these classes, you will:
Reprogram your body into its natural, balanced movement
Cultivate a deeper sense of inner power and health
Learn simple yet profound tools for daily life to reset and rebalance
Experience increased vitality, clarity, and peace

Whether you’re a beginner or have some prior experience, this practice is suitable for all levels and will give you a strong foundation for everyday well-being.

Dress Code: Comfortable clothing that allows freedom of movement (below the knees and shoulders).
No special gear needed, just bring yourself and an open mind!
