Overview
This 50-hour Hybrid Yin & Restorative Yoga Teacher Training combines an immersive in-person training with a comprehensive online continuation program designed to deepen both teaching skills and embodied personal practice.
The training offers a grounded and experiential approach to teaching slower, inward-focused yoga practices, integrating Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, nervous system regulation, embodied awareness, and subtle energetic perception.
Participants learn how to confidently guide students through stillness, long-held postures, and restorative practices while cultivating presence, sensitivity, and clear energetic boundaries as teachers and space-holders.
The hybrid format allows students to fully absorb and integrate the teachings over time. The in-person immersion establishes the experiential and practical foundations, while the online training provides additional teachings, sequencing, methodology, philosophy, and self-paced integration.
This course is suitable both for yoga teachers wishing to expand their professional skills and for dedicated practitioners seeking a deeper understanding of Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga, and embodied energetic awareness.
