Bring your notes and pen! Photography, video, and audio are not allowed at this workshop.

About the facilitator


Lasya is an eternal-enthusiastic student and teacher of yoga and its philosophy. Deeply in love with Ancient Energy & Traditional Healing Art (yoga, massage therapy, ayurveda, Chinese medicine, and acupuncture…)
She has been practicing yoga and meditation since 2002, deepened her spiritual journey with Traditional teachers such as Ganga Devi, Boris Tikhanovsky (shaman from Siberia), and Thai monks.
Lasya is delighted to support and deepen your practice, and knowledge, to help you on the journey to set yourself free, to become stronger, to bloom, to grow together.
