Tree of Life: Spine Awareness Yoga Immersion

TREE OF LIFE
Spine Awareness Retreat
A One-Day Retreat
9:00 AM – 5:30 PM · 2,000 THB
Minimum 3 participants
A retreat suggests remembering.
It creates permission to slow down, observe, and experience directly.
There is a quiet place within each of us that remains untouched by the movement of life.
Like the trunk of an ancient tree, the spine is more than a structure of the body. It is our inner axis — the place where earth and sky meet, where steadiness and openness become one.
Throughout this day, we will gently explore the awareness of the spine — not as anatomy alone, but as the Tree of Life that silently supports every breath, every movement, and every moment of stillness.
Through traditional yoga practice, conscious movement, breath, meditation, contemplation, and deep rest, we gradually return to this central presence.
As awareness settles into the spine, the body can become lighter, the breath more spacious, and the mind naturally quieter.
The Tree of Life does not strive to grow.
It grows because it is deeply rooted.
This retreat is an invitation to remember that same quiet strength within yourself.
A day to move with awareness.
To breathe with presence.
To rest in stillness.
To discover the Tree of Life that has always been there.
THE TREE HAS NEVER QUESTIONED ITS PATH
Its roots disappear into the unseen.
Its branches reach toward the invisible.
Between them stands the trunk —
silent, unwavering,
alive.
The spine does not ask us to become someone else.
It quietly reminds us who we are when we stand, breathe, and rest in our own centre.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Throughout the day, we will gently explore the spine as the central axis of the body, cultivating greater awareness through movement, breath, deep relaxation, and quiet observation.
Morning — Awakening the Tree of Life
9:00 – 11:00 AM
A mindful traditional yoga practice exploring spinal mobility, conscious movement, breath, and awareness.
We will work with the body gently, creating space while learning to recognize and release unnecessary tension.
Midday — Contemplation & Understanding
11:30 AM – 12:15 PM
A talk and contemplation exploring the relationship between the spine, the nervous system, the mind, and the quality of our daily life.
There will be space for questions, conversation, and quiet reflection.
Afternoon — Integration
3:00 – 3:45 PM
A second talk and exploration, bringing together the themes of the day and offering practical guidance for moving with greater awareness.
We will look at how to recognize our own limits and why mindful practice can be more beneficial than pushing through discomfort.
Evening — Returning Inward
4:00 – 5:30 PM
A gentle restorative practice with breath awareness, guided Savasana, and deep rest.
A space to allow the body and nervous system to settle, and to integrate everything experienced throughout the day.
TOGETHER WE WILL EXPLORE
• Mindful movement to support the health and mobility of the spine

You would like to develop a deeper relationship with your body and spine.
You experience stiffness or unnecessary tension and want to explore movement more consciously.

Or simply feel called to slow down, step away from your usual rhythm, and spend a day listening inward.
The retreat is suitable for complete beginners as well as experienced practitioners.
No previous yoga experience is required.
Flexibility is never the goal.
A DAY OF REMEMBERING
This retreat is not about achieving more.
It is an invitation to slow down, to listen, and to rediscover the quiet support that has always been present within.

the body often remembers
what the mind has forgotten.
