Is food included?

Detox retreat: All detox programs are food inclusive.

YTTC and TTTC, BFC: Yoga, Breathwork and Tantra teacher training courses do have some food included in a form a buffet.

Awakening Program: Food is not included on yoga packages, meditation packages and holidays based on our Awakening & Healing program.

However our school does have a restaurant onsite and there are plenty of restaurants with a wide variety on local and international food with vegan and vegetarian options around the school.
