Our breathwork Teacher Training offers an optional free internship (extra 4 weeks) to practice teaching Breathwork at our headquarters in Koh Phangan, Thailand. This benefit is valid for 2 years from your graduation date and is meant for graduate students that would like to deepen their teaching skills and confidence.

Our Tetra Breathwork retreat focuses on various styles and techniques of breathwork as tools for spiritual awakening and healing.
Additionally, our retreat is designed to address the issues faced by contemporary individuals, covering topics such as family dynamics, self-worth, coping mechanisms, shame, and relationships.
The teachings you will receive emphasize the development of qualities such as love, simplicity, and compassion, guiding participants to let go of the illusion of control and embrace a state of spiritual surrender.

The Samma Karuna Advanced Tetra Breathwork Practitioner Training & Breathwork Facilitator Training is a spiritual retreat for those interested in using breathwork practices as tools for inner healing, enhancing the health of the body, mind, and spirit, and becoming professional breathwork facilitators.
This comprehensive course is designed to equip you with the knowledge, skills, and practical experience to deepen your own breathwork practice (Modules 1 & 2) and to excel in advanced breathwork and transformational techniques, along with the teaching methods necessary to facilitate breathwork (Module 3).
Upon successful completion of all three modules, students will earn certification as Tetra Breathwork Facilitators.
The application requirements for our Breathwork Practitioner Course & Breathwork Facilitator Course
The prerequisites to enroll in our Breathwork Practitioner Course & Breathwork Teacher Training Course:
- Previous experience on a circular or connecting breathwork such as Holotropic breathwork, Tetra breathwork or Rebirthing breathwork.
- A true commitment to learn and motivation to become a Breathwork facilitator (even if you don't have plans to teach in the near future).
- Being able to meditate in stillness for 1hr or more.
- A fluent and satisfactory reading, speaking and comprehensible level of English.
- A high level of self-discipline and a full-day commitment for everyday of the course is required as it is physically and mentally demanding.
- In order to be considered for either of this retreat you need to pay an online deposit and fill in the application form that will be forwarded to you by email.
- If your course application is not accepted a full refund of the deposit will be issued.

Ishi
He is the creator of the BioDevelopment® dance therapy system, the school of contemporary Tantra, Samma Karuna So Ham breathwork® and Tetra Breathwork® along with many active meditations and techniques combining breath, movement and expression. Ishi currently leads the 3 main schools of Samma Karuna.
Patricia
Patricia Udipti is a Breathwork, Meditation and Somatic Practices facilitator.
She started her journey 10 years ago when she was first introduced to active meditation.
Patricia has been living in Europe and Asia for the last 8 years, developing her work in conscious expansion and supporting others self-healing journeys.
Brady
Brady is a dedicated Tantra and Breathwork facilitator, passionately committed to guiding individuals on their spiritual journey of Awakening and Healing. Transitioning from a career as an electrician, Brady began a path to illuminate the inner self through breath and love. Believing that “to see ourselves fully enables us to love ourselves fully,” Brady’s mission is to foster greater awareness, love, and light, bringing profound healing to both the individual and the world.
Joris
After years of working in the corporate world, he slowly started to shift on a transformative journey of self-discovery, culminating in a profound shift towards holistic well-being and personal growth.
Drawing from his extensive experience and natural gift for connection, Joris guides individuals on a journey of inner exploration, helping them unlock their true potential and cultivate a deeper sense of presence and fulfillment
Kristine
Certified Breathwork and Reiki Master, Kristine blends ancient practices with modern knowledge. In 2015, she left her corporate and academic duties to travel the world, immersing herself in meditation, yoga, shamanism, and energy work.
Kristine deepened her meditation journey in a Buddhist temple, where she often stays to practice Vipassana and Anapanasati. She has also completed courses on Trauma Awareness and integrates this knowledge into her work. Kristine’s holistic approach combines Breathwork, Reiki, meditation, and shamanic wisdom, creating a space for profound healing and spiritual growth. She is a living testament to the transformative power of the practices she shares.
Your Breathwork Facilitator Training in Greece Course structure:
This course consists of 3 levels or modules, which are part of the Multi-style breathwork practitioner training and Breathwork Facilitator training. Level 1 and level 2 can be completed separately from level 3, however Level 3 (facilitator training) can only be done if you have successfully completed the Intensive & Practitioner training (levels 1 & 2), either this time or in a previous training.
Module 1: Breathwork Intensive
These 5 days multi-style breathwork intensive can be taken as a life-changing healing retreat, or as a Breathwork Training to gain credits toward certification.
This workshop will provide a safe space for you to uncover and let go of past events and feelings that limit us. As you move into an expanded state of consciousness, your natural intuition can bring great insight, clarity, feelings of oneness and bliss.
Module 2: Practitioner Training
These 6 days Breathwork Practitioner Training can be taken as a transformative retreat to immerse deep into the practice, or as part of the Breathwork Training to gain credits towards a certification.
With this workshop you will dive deeper into your understanding of a breathwork session and the tools and techniques available towards the self-mastering of Tetra breathwork as well as other styles of connecting breath trainings such as Rebirthing breathwork training, Shamanic breathwork training and holoytopic-like breathwork training.
Module 3: Breathwork Facilitator Training
In this Breathwork facilitator module you will learn new advanced techniques, deepen into your own practice and get the knowledge and teaching techniques to lead your own breathwork sessions and guide a profound healing process of others. You will obtain all the necessary tools to build a session from the beginning to the end.
This Teacher Training can only be done if you have successfully completed Module 1 and Module 2.

- 07.00 to 08.00: Meditation Practice - OSHO dynamic
- 08.00 to 9.00: Tea Break (Refreshments provided)
- 9.00 to 9.20: Compassionate Sharing / Self-Inquiry
- 9.20 to 10.20: Breathwork Theory (Energies Sub & Transfiguration, Trauma management, Emotional awareness, etc.)
- 10.30 to 12.30: Breathwork practice
- 13.00 to 15.00: Lunch break (Vegan buffet provided)
- 15.00 to 15.20: Compassionate Sharing / Self-Inquiry
- 15.20 to 16.20: Breathwork Theory classes (Music composition, The archetypes model, class structure.. etc.)
- 16.30 to 18.30: Breathwork practice and activities of the day (Biodevelopment, So ham, Awakening practice, etc.)
- 19.30 to 20.30: Dinner
Sundays are your day off. The schedule structure will remain the same throughout, but the topics will change according to the program.
Ishi: the lead teacher
Our lead teacher will be Ishi, an internationally recognized spiritual teacher and experienced breathwork facilitator.
Ishi is a seeker, a spiritual guide, tantra and yoga teacher and an energy and breath-worker . He is founder and lead teacher of Samma Karuna. Leading workshops and long trainings for the last 14 years, spreading a message of Loving Presence.
After an awakening experience product of a spinal injury at the age of 29 he has dedicated his life to the path of self discovery, awakening and healing.
Ishi created Tetra breathwork® as a combination of his background in conscious connecting breath and his experience in Tantra for Awakening of the Heart and healing.
He is creator of the BioDevelopment® dance therapy system, the school of contemporary Tantra, the healing technique called R.I.C.H, Samma Karuna So Ham breathwork® and Tetra Breathwork® along with many active meditations and techniques combining breath, movement and expression.
Ishi currently leads the 3 main schools of Samma Karuna (Tantra, Yoga and Breath) and has been teaching on a daily basis since 2013, dedicating his life to his students and Samma Karuna school for the last 10 years.

The event will take place at Cavos Bay Ikaria, a beautiful hotel exclusively reserved for our training.
We provide a range of accommodation options, from shared standard rooms to highly comfortable rooms with amenities and sea views. All accommodation are exclusively within Cavos Bay, where all course participants will stay. The standard accommodation included in your course fee is a shared room with another student and garden view. However, you have the option to upgrade your accommodation during the booking process.

Succesful graduates are certified by Samma Karuna as multi-style breathwork facilitator. Our training will entitle you to understand and deliver different styles of breathwork practices and adapt them to your student´s needs.
As a certified breathwork facilitator you may call your breathwork classes in any way you wish. However this certification wont entitled to use registered trademaks from other schools such as holotropic breathwork, Alchemy of breath, Neurodynamic, Wim Hof, Soma breath or Rebirthing breathwork.
All breathwork facilitators of Samma Karuna are entitled to offer the classes using the trademarks of our school (Tetra Breath®, Awakening Breath® and Samma Karuna So Ham®).
This certification wont entitle you to offer breathwork classes online as the school considers this practice unsafe.
Graduates that acomplishing 400hr training (by taking our extra month training internship in Thailand) and that have being facilitating breathwork for at least 2 years are entitled to a certification upgrade as Senior Breathwork Facilitator.

Samma Karuna is a wonderful place where you can experience some of the most interesting and transformational spiritual practices such as breathwork, tantra, inner dance or active meditation. The people at Samma Karuna are very welcoming and warm. It made me feel like part of this community the moment I arrived. I have visited Samma Karuna many times, both in the old place and the new one and have also done some courses organised in Greece with them. My experience can only be described as one of abundant love, that's why I keep going for more and more. The people that run the place and those courses are heart driven. I did my yoga teacher training course there back in 2015 and have done many more since then with breathwork (1 & 2) last year in Greece and I'm very looking forward to finish breathwork (3) this year in Greece again.

There was very few places I came across that did in person training that offered a package which included training, accommodation and food.
Samma offers all 3 and I decided to fly from Europe.
I completed the training with great insights and a lot of personal healing and growth.
Staff are amazing and my class mates have become my tribe and forever grateful for finding this gem located on the beach.
