What is the difference between your Pre-Vipassana packages and your Awakening & Healing program?

There is no difference on the content of the classes as all Pre-Vipassana packages of Samma Karuna are based on our Awakening & Healing program.

The difference lays on the guidance you get for the course.
During a Pre-Vipassana retreat you will interview with an experienced teacher on the subject of meditation who will tailor the activities of the program based on your intention to take a Vipassana retreat.

In this way your assigned mentor will follow up on you and guide you through the activities and practices that will be more beneficial for you to then take the best of you upcoming Vipassana course.
