Workshop Overview
Energy Is Life is an immersion into the art of conscious movement, energetic balance, and embodied awareness.
Over two transformative days, we will practice the awakening of our latent energy fields —using ancient Chinese system of healing and energy cultivation—to awaken and balance the body’s life force energy, known as Qi (Chi).
With guided sequences, meditations, and gentle partner practices, we will explore the connection between energy and intention, movement and stillness, the yin and yang forces within, and the intelligence of the body-mind.
This is not just a physical practice—it’s a path to inner stillness, emotional resilience, and expanded consciousness.
We’ll practice the art of reading energy, including Reading the Heart of the Other. In addition we’ll explore the art of balancing the energy systems in ourselves and others.
Our model is of “energy work” or “skill with energy.”
We combine, flowing movement, deep breathing, visualization, and focused intention to harmonize the body, mind, and spirit.
We practice to improve:
Energy flow through the body’s meridians
Joint mobility and flexibility
Balance and coordination
Immune system and overall vitality
Mental clarity and emotional calm
Energy in movement strengthens while softening, activates while centering.

About Facilitator
Raj’s journey with energy began over four decades ago, rooted in his deep exploration of martial arts, Tai Chi, and Chi Gong. These foundational practices awakened in him a lifelong fascination with the subtle intelligence of the body and its energetic flow.
In 1984, Raj encountered the mystic Osho—a meeting that profoundly shifted the course of his life. He left his legal career in Canada and moved to India, where he immersed himself in meditation, the Energy Arts, and the transformative field of conscious awareness.
The work Raj shares is grounded yet light-hearted—playful, sincere, but never heavy. It’s a gateway into the deeper language of energy, where movement becomes meditation, and the bodymind dissolves into something far more mysterious and alive.
