Jace became interested in yoga at the age of 12. “The initial hook was the strong breath and physical sensation… But the understanding and benefits that followed I couldn’t have dreamt of in my wildest dreams”.
He gathered knowledge through various teachers, acquiring experience through multiple disciplines from classical Hatha, mixed martial arts and meditation to Buddhist retreats and Kundalini.
Jace takes a holistic approach to yoga incorporating emphasis on the breath, vocally cued alignment and being in the now, the only place where life truly exists. He has a unique ability to create classes on the spot to suit any individual and share his passion in a way they can personally connect to. He teaches an assortment of styles including Hatha, Vinyasa, Power and Yin, mindfulness meditations, Nidra as well as workshops on Headstand, Handstand, Arm Balances and many others.
