Karen has been practicing yoga for over ten year and completed her Yoga Teacher Training in Samma Karuna in 2015.
Since then, she has been teaching non-stop in various schools on Koh Phangan, in India, Malaysia and London.

She teaches Vinyasa style with strong focus on alignment, awareness of breath and movement, drawing these principles from her personal studies in Ashtanga Yoga, a style she's been practicing since 2016. Karen is also a Reiki master and a student of Advaita Vedanta.
