Samma Karuna Yoga Practices

Samma Karuna offers one of the largest and most comprehensive non-dogmatic Yoga programs in the world. Our approach fosters simplicity, kindness, compassion and acceptance rather than power alone. 

 

Our yoga practices include a variety of techniques and styles, making it suitable for beginners as well as experienced practitioners. These classes are available twice a day from Monday to Saturday and once a day on Sundays.

Throuout a year you can enjoy Slow and Power Vinyasa Flows, Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Flow, Yin Yoga, Jivamukhti yoga, Restorative yoga, Yoga Nidra, Kundalini yoga, Tantra Kundalini Yoga, Rocket Yoga, Primal Yoga etc.

 

In Samma Karuna yoga practices we incorporate various amounts of asana (postures), pranayama (breathing exercises), kriya (cleansing practices), bandhas (energy locks), mudras (gestures), mantras, meditation and relaxation to achieve the best results. Our morning classes last 2 hours and evening classes 1 and half hours. 

Yoga many amazing benefits for people of all ages.  Practicing yoga regularly can makes us stronger, reduce our stress and axiety, make us calmer, happier, healthier, and more flexible. Yoga also gives us a chance to connect with our bodies, minds, and souls and in this harmony we can find peace within. 

A regular yoga practice allows us to explore parts of ourselves that we might otherwise ignore. It teaches us patience, perseverance, balance and humility.

 

Our Yoga teachers have many years of experience and they can also suggest some people with some health issues some asanas and practices to improve their health. Our aim is to teach you some tools that you can also take with you for your own practice.
