We invite you on a transformative journey on the magical island of Koh Phangan at a beautiful healing and awakening school, Samma Karuna, at Haad Chao Pao beachfront!

The art and science of Chi Nei Tsang is the most powerful somatic technique that nourishes, and cleanses and releases negative emotions and sick energy from our internal organs and from the whole body. The practice comes from the Chinese medicine tradition and is 2,500 years old.

Explore the alchemical combination of the physical, emotional and energetic levels of the body for holistic therapeutic integration and healing for the whole organism!

Learn techniques and methods to heal yourself and others As you become aware throughout our temple—our body—that has the knowledge, wisdom and divine consciousness to teach us about ourselves and be the real guide for our life’s!

More than a training, this is an experiential course with the philosophy and principle or order of Feel, learn, understand, let go, release,  integrate. Also Chi kung practices before the classes will prepare you for the lessons,protect your energy and empower your body!

In six days, you will learn:

• How to transform and recycle negative energies that obstruct optimal flow in the whole body and cause stiffness, knots and pain.

• How to clear out toxins and negative emotions.

• How to energize, strengthen, and detoxify the internal organs and the rest of the body.

• Cosmic healing, energy work.

• How to connect and activate the energies inside and outside us.

• Ways to protect, prepare and empower yourself.

• Bodywork techniques from different traditions.

No previous experience is necessary.

An ideal tool for therapists, bodyworkers and any kind of healing and awakening instructors and teachers.

After this six-day training you will be able to give a healing sequence of two+ hours.

PROGRAM

Chi Kung practice (Iron Shirt & Golden Elixir) before classes.

Day 1

What is Chi Nei Tsang? Nature and the universe, healing energy powers, preparing yourself.

Navel center and body structure.

Practicing the wind gates

Self-treatments

Day 2

Activating and opening the extremities of the body (head, hands, feet).

Working on meridians and fascia.

Tonifying the organs (lungs, stomach, spleen, liver, kidneys, heart, small and large intestine).

Day 3

Detoxifying the organs and releasing negative emotional energies.

Cosmic healing, energy work for transformation and cleaning sick energies and negative emotions.

Day 4

Elbow techniques and pumps.

Body work techniques for better grounding, activation and integration.

Energy Scoopings.

Day 5

Activating the lymphatic system, working on the glands and fascia.

Craniosacral techniques, connecting the physical with the energetic and the emotional level of the body.

Day 6

Tao fusion practices (Six Healing Sounds, Inner Smile, Cosmic Orbit), Tao Secret Touch technique.

Protecting and preparing yourself.

Final sequence.

Charilaos began his deep spiritual journey and bodywork in 2006: studying yoga, tantra, and practicing vipassana. The universe knocked on his door in 2012, when he found a mentor and went to Thailand to study the art of Thai yoga massage. He had the opportunity to learn and experience different styles from some of the great masters such as Pichest, Mantak Chia, Sinchai, and Mr. Nat (School for the Blind). Nowadays he is an authorized teacher of Chi Nei Tsang (Chinese Taoist medicine) and Thai massage and continues to teach and offer private healing sessions around the world.

Over years of practice and following his intuition, Charilaos has created his own style of therapeutic massage and energy healing. The techniques he uses in his sessions are from many different traditions like Chi Nei Tsang, deep tissue treatment, shiatsu, cosmic healing, acupressure, Thai medicine, craniosacral techniques, and myofascial release.

The name Charilaos means “benevolence towards people.” So he discovered that one of his life purposes is to help people through massage. He is also a chef, natural builder and cultivates his own food. As such, he is always connected to Mother Earth, as this makes him capable of deeper and more therapeutic massages and classes!
