Under Ishi's gudiance and the energy of my peers, I felt... read more a range of emotions that I haven't felt in years - if ever. Ishi is a professional faciliator that can create the space and setting for you to feel the emotions that has been locked up in your subconscious. Accessing those hidden emotions, and letting them go, felt very liberating. After the workshop, I felt very in-tuned with myself and helped me better prioritize my goals in life.

All the activities in the workshop are done in groups and the connection you build during the five days are very intense. Given the span of 5 days, you felt you have known those people for years.

Great job Ishi, I would recommend this workshop to anyone that wants to better understand themselves. Ishi makes the spiritual journey fun, but more importantly, meaningful if you want to have a more conscious relationship with yourself.
