We are an International School of Awakening and Healing with our main school in Koh Phangan, Thailand. We provide a mindfulness community, for people who want to live a happier, more fulfilled and wholesome life, based on principles of self-development, acceptance and celebration.

What we do

Our Awakening & Healing Program, Yoga Teacher Training, BioDevelopment Teacher Training (dance therapy), Tantra Teacher Training, Breathwork Multi-Style Facilitator Training and Detox Program are our flagship programs. We regularly organise festivals, workshops and conscious events focused on self-development.

Each student is supported in developing their own journey to discover their true self and underlying potential to live a more fulfilled life. This action plan is created with support from the community and guidance from our experienced teaching staff.
